Q: Where can I get more information about MRCPCH exams in India?

Q: Is the course useful for those with no background knowledge about MRCPCH/ UK experience ?
A: The course is mainly for those who do not have any background knowledge of MRCPCH or UK experience. Some basic knowledge of Paediatrics is of course, essential.

Q: Where are the courses being conducted?
A: Currently Smart Academy is holding MRCPCH Training Courses only in Chennai. However depending on the demand, course may be extended to other centers across India.

Q: What are the fees for MRCPCH courses?

Q: How can I register for MRCPCH Training courses?
A: You have to fill your details in Registration form online and send cheque/ DD in favour of
“SMART ACADEMY” payable at Chennai to
  C/O Dr. Rajakumar P S,
  35, Maruthi Nagar First Main Road,
  Maruthi Nagar Phase III,
  Thundalam, (Near Iyyappanthangal)
  Chennai - 600077.
Alternatively you can download, print and fill the Registration Form and send it by post along with DD/ Cheque as above.
 
Online payment facility (via internet Bank transfer ) is available. The account details will be emailed once online registration details are submitted. Online credit card payment facility is currently not available.

Q: I am from Calcutta. Does Smart Academy arrange for Accommodation ?
A: Details of Course Venue and accommodation near the venues are given in our website. Candidates are advised to directly contact the hotel and book the accommodation. Smart Academy will not be able to directly arrange for accommodation.

Q: What are the refund rules for cancellations?
A: If we receive the cancellation request in writing upto 2 weeks before the course, you will get a refund of 75% fees. If you cancel after that or do not show up for the course, you will not get any refund. Registration fees cannot be carried forward to the next Course dates. You have to inform us of the cancellation at the earliest by email/ phone and then follow it up with written request by post giving the exact name and address to which cheque/DD should be sent.
In unusual circumstances if the organisers cancel the course at short notice, we will fully refund the money paid (not the travel and accommodation costs) to the candidates. All disputes under Chennai (India) jurisdiction only.
