Shipping Policy
At Smart Academy, we are committed to ensuring that every student has smooth access to our courses, resources, and materials without unnecessary delays. Since our services are primarily focused on training for the MRCPCH exam, the all of our study materials are delivered digitally or in person during Face to Face Course. This Shipping Policy outlines in detail how our delivery process works, expected timelines, and responsibilities of both Smart Academy and the student.
1. Mode of Delivery
We provide two primary modes of delivery depending on the type of service or product you purchase:
Digital Course Access
Once you successfully enroll and complete payment, your course details (including access links, and study materials in digital format) will be sent to your registered email address within 7 working days via google drive link.
In future, you will be able to access the study material through our website using unique login credentials. Our platform ensures secure access to your courses through our official website and designated learning portal.
Students are requested to check their spam/junk folders in case the email is not received in their inbox.
Physical Study Materials / Certificates (For Face to Face Course)
Some of our training programs may include physical copies of study guides, printed notes, or certificates of participation/completion. Such items will be given to them directly during the Face to Face Course.

Digital Materials – within 7 working days.

Digital Materials
No shipping fee is charged as materials are delivered electronically.
Physical Materials
No Shipping charges as physical materials are given directly to students during Face to Face Course.
4. Order Tracking
For digital courses, your enrolment confirmation email will serve as the fulfilment notice. This is usually sent within 7 working days.
5. Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries
This is not applicable as course material is sent digitally.
6. Address Accuracy
To avoid delivery failures, students must ensure that:
The email address is accurate and preferably gmail id as googlke drive links work best with gmail ids. Smart Academy will not be responsible for delays or lost material due to incorrect email address.
