Cancellation and Refund Policy

We value our customers and strive to provide a transparent, fair, and customer-friendly cancellation and refund process. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations and refunds for course registrations made through our platform. By making a course registration, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Course Registration Cancellation

For online courses:

1.1 Before Dispatch of online course material

Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the course material has not yet been sent digitally.

If the cancellation request is made within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

1.2 After Dispatch of online course material

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Customers will not be eligible for any refund.

For Face to Face Courses/ Mock Exam:

1.3 Upto 4 weeks before the Face to Face Course:

Full refund will be given (after deducting cancellation administration charges) provided cancellation request is given by email 4 weeks before the Face to Face Course. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

1.4 Four weeks to 1 week of Face to Face Course :

75% refund will be given (after deducting cancellation administration charges) provided cancellation request is given by email 1- 4 weeks before the Face to Face Course. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

1.5 Within 1 week of Face to Face Course or No show:

No refund will be given for cancellation request within 1 week of Face to Face Course or no show.

2. Face to Face Course/ Mock Exam Change of Dates (by candidate) Policy

If the candidate is not in a position to attend the Face to Face course/ Mock Exam or has not got a place in actual MRCPCH exam, candidates can request a change of course to future date without any additional cost, if the request is sent within 4 weeks before the Face to Face Course/ Mock Exam. However candidates should note that there may not be a Face to Face Course/ Mock Exam before every MRCPCH Clinical Exam especially overseas exams.

3. Cancellation/ Change of Dates of Face to Face Course/ Mock Exam (by Smart Academy) Policy:

Cancellation/ Change of Dates of Face to Face Course/ Mock Exam (by Smart Academy) Policy: Smart Academy will strive to conduct Face to Face Course/ Mock Exam on the scheduled dates. However in exceptional situations beyond control like weather, war etc, if the course is cancelled by smart Academy, candidates will be given the option to attend subsequent Face to Face Course/ Mock Exam at a future date without any additional charges. However if the candidate is not able/ not willing to attend the subsequent course dates offered, full refund of fees (not the travel and accommodation costs) will be given to the candidate to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. All disputes under Chennai (India) jurisdiction only. .
