3. Course Enrolment and Access

Enrolment is complete once payment has been received and confirmed.

Digital course contents shared and access credentials are personal and non-transferable.Sharing accounts with others is strictly prohibited.

Course access duration depends on the specific package purchased (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months).

Upon expiry of your subscription, access to recorded content, mock exams, and study materials will be discontinued unless renewed.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, slides, notes, practice questions, mock exams, and study guides, remain the intellectual property of Smart Academy.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for personal study purposes.

You agree not to:

Copy, record, or distribute any content.

Upload materials to unauthorized platforms.

Use content for commercial or teaching purposes without written consent.

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

5. Payment Terms

All fees must be paid in full at the time of enrolment unless instalment options are explicitly offered.

Fees are non-transferable and non-adjustable between different courses.

Smart Academy reserves the right to revise course fees at any time, but confirmed enrolments will not be affected.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

In general, fees are non-refundable once access to study materials has been granted, except under exceptional circumstances.
